Question you might ask about MailTime



  • No! Whatever email client or software your friends are using, they can still send messages to you via your email address.
  • No! To non-MailTime users, messages appear as normal emails.
  • For users who have set up 2 step verifications for your email, please check out the below tutorials. If your email account has disabled IMAP, please enable that in the settings to continue. For additional help regarding Login issues, please check.

  • MailTime displays emails in a conversation view so sent and received emails will be merged into the same view by subjects. We believe that this is a more mobile friendly way for users to read and communicate.
  • Tap on the email bubble to go back to the original view.
  • You can go to Settings to change your signature, though we recommend you to keep the default signature so that more people will know about how amazing MailTime is! Go to Settings - Accounts - Signature to edit.
  • It happens when your account was not correctly connected to our service when you first logs in. If it keeps happening, please email us at [email protected]. We'd love to help.
  • Currently, we don't support this feature in the app. Please go to your email provider's website to reset your password.
