We’re really happy to have you! We noticed that you installed MailTime but never signed in any accounts. It seems that you had some trouble logging in? Let us help with a checklist of common causes:
1. Forgot Passwords?
MailTime does not support “Reset password” function in app yet, however, if you can’t remember the magical digits, it’s always safer to reset it from your email provider’s website.
2. Set up a 2 Step Verification for your account?
You might need to use a different password to login if you have set up any 2 step verifications. Tutorials here: Yahoo Mail, iCloud, Outlook
3. Did you disable your IMAP ?
Make sure your account enables IMAP from settings.
