Privacy Policy FAQ

Here is what you need to know about MailTime's privacy policy.

Do you read my emails?

No, we hardly have time or the energy to browse any private information. : )
One of the most competent technology of MailTime’s is to automatically remove any information that identifies any user personally (email, name, address, phone number).
Plus we never track you for ad targeting and prevent businesses from tracking you when you use our services.
Services like Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests on other websites. If you wish to opt out of interest-based advertising click here.

What would you do with my email data?

We only aggregate and anonymize the data for researches about consumer insights and use it for aggregated big data products such as sales trends reports. These big data products are very useful for businesses that need to keep track of the industry trends or to make marketing decisions.
However, data that are used in this kind of big data products are not personally identified or private messages. These data are mostly aggregated from commercial emails such as newsletters sent from merchants to you. For example, we only need to know how many people bought Nike Shoes last month to do market research, but not you specifically bought something from Nike. This is also the only purpose that we would use those data for. You can see and access examples of the aggregated research we develop at
We prohibit businesses from tracking or advertising to any user individually.

Can I opt-out of sharing my data?

Yes! You can email our team at to opt-out. Please state the request to opt-out in your email subject.
If you are an EU user, you should have seen a pop-up notification before you signed-in to opt out.

Are you reselling my email addresses to mailing lists or third parties?

Never have, never will. We hate that just as much as you do.
